Since 2005 our organisation has had a 24 Hour Call Centre that has been available to members of the public such as concerned parents, families of individuals who may be serving a prison sentence, and victims of crime who may need help, advice and guidance in all areas of rehabilitation, a greater understanding of crime and information surrounding all areas of prison and prison life.

 

Our dedicated and professional members of staff often talk members of the public through many different areas of crime, crime awareness and the consequences of crime such as being sent to prison from all areas of the UK. It is nothing unusual for us to spend more than 30 minutes alleviating fears and concerns by explaining, directing, sympathizing, and understanding the needs of the individual on the phone.

So if any member of the public has any concerns, no matter how small, then please feel free to ring our 24 Hour Call Centre. All calls are treated with the strictest of confidence and at no time do we take any notes, store information or try to sell the individual any products, we do however offer help, guidance, information and assistance in order to try and make a difference.
