If you have a loved one or family member actually serving a prison sentence then the CIB have several solicitors that specialise in Prison Law who may be able to help you out. Prison law issues such as adjudications, transfers to other jails, recalls and re-categorisation, help with preparing parole dossiers, life panels and oral hearings etc. are mostly covered by legal aid due to the financial situation of a serving inmate.
